To aid Dr. Slete in providing you with the highest possible quality of care, we have on-hand and work with:

• Intra-Oral Camera: Which provides the Doctor with an enlarged look even in hidden areas.
• Computer digitalized X-rays: To reduce exposure and increase detail.
• Cosmetic Imaging: Provides you and the Doctor with a way to see the future - to visualize what is possible.
• Video Enhanced Microscopic Screening
• Trans-illumination: A fiber optic, high resolution aide that enables improved diagnosis.
• Diagnodent: A laser assisted decay detecting instrument to look specifically at the chewing, cheek side surfaces of your teeth.
• Diamond Probe: A micro sensor device which helps the Doctor detect the breakdown products of infection present in the space between the gum tissue and a tooth. (Often called a gum pocket)
• Cavitron: An electronic cleaning device using ultrasonics to remove accretions (build-up) of calculus (tartar) both above and below the gum line.
• Cavi-Jet: With the use of everyday baking soda under high pressure we are able to easily remove light to heavy stains. This is especially effective in hard to reach areas.
• Air Abrasion: Using a fine abrasive powder under high pressure we can remove decay with minimal loss of the healthy tooth. This can usually be done without anesthesia (numbness).
• Hydrofloss: With this ultrasonic device we can irrigate (flush) medicine into pockets in gum tissue to promote healing.
