Visiting our Office
Your First Visit
On your first visit we will ask you to fill out an introduction form and comprehensive health history. Generally, your first appointment will include a review of your medical-dental health history with the Doctor. Also, staff will assist Dr. Slete with the examination, taking any necessary X-rays, diagnostic impressions (models of your teeth) and an Oral Cancer examination using the latest technology to assist in a thorough diagnosis.
On Going Care
With the recent advances made in dentistry, we can now provide better service than ever before. Dental care is now so thorough that if you do your part it is possible for most of you to keep your natural teeth for a lifetime.
To assure your success, we have a customized preventive program suited to each person's needs. It is an important part of your overall plan to reach optimum dental health.
Appointments
We feel that our patients' time is valuable and, except for emergency treatment for another patient, you can expect us to be prompt. We, of course, expect the same courtesy.
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, commitment, please give us at least 48 hours notice so that someone else in need of assistance may use that valuable time.
Emergencies
We attempt to handle all emergencies as quickly as possible. The earlier you call in the day the easier it will be for us to accommodate your needs. During office hours call 787-5055. After hours, Dr. Slete can be reached at 787-5055, our answering machine will instruct you on how to reach him.
